Daniel Grijincu’s passion for craftsmanship comes from a legacy passed down through generations—his grandfather, Konstantin, instilled in him a love for carpentry, while his father, Mircha, sparked an interest in technology and engineering. Although Daniel’s early career in architecture shifted due to family responsibilities, his deep-rooted passion for innovative design and advanced building techniques remained strong. This ultimately led him to the modern home development industry, where he could continue pursuing his vision for the future of architectural design.
In 2021, Daniel founded Millo Windows & Doors, recognizing a growing demand for energy-efficient windows that are not only thermally efficient but also visually appealing, durable, and low-maintenance. With previous window-making experience in his 20s as an apprentice at a local uPVC window company in Ukraine, Daniel returned to the craft after more than two decades, combining his love for modern architecture with his expertise in cabinetry making. His mission was to bring superior insulation, the sleek European Tilt-and-Turn functionality, and unmatched precision to the American market.
As a father of five, Daniel understands the importance of a secure and well-ventilated home. The inward-tilt feature provides effective ventilation while ensuring safety for children and pets. The inward-opening design also simplifies maintenance, allowing for easy cleaning while maintaining durability and performance.
Millo Windows & Doors offers both double and triple-glazed options, incorporating an advanced sealing system that enhances soundproofing, water resistance, and overall comfort for both residential and commercial buildings.
